2. Ordering & Processing

• Each set is meticulously crafted upon order. As such, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or returned.
• Processing times vary depending on design complexity and demand. Estimated timeframes will be provided at checkout.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring accuracy in nail sizing, design selection, and shipping details before completing their purchase.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We proudly offer domestic and international shipping. Rates and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
• Please note that FABHOLIC Nails is not liable for shipping delays caused by external factors such as courier disruptions, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Once an order is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.
• International buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

4. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Policy

• Due to the custom and handmade nature of our creations, all sales are final.
• We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
• Should an order arrive damaged or incorrect, kindly contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence, and we will assess the matter with the utmost care.
