1. Order Processing

  • As all our products are handmade and customized, please allow 15 days for processing before shipment.
  • Processing times may vary depending on order volume and customization requests.
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • We ship worldwide! International shipping rates vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout.
  • Standard International Shipping (30 business days) 
  • Expedited International Shipping (20 business days) 

📌 Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

3. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Policy

  • Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work to resolve the issue.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your package using the provided link to stay updated on delivery status.

5. Shipping Delays & Responsibility

  • Shipping times are estimated and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
  • FABHOLIC Nails is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us for assistance.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • FABHOLIC Nails is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
  • We recommend selecting a secure delivery location or using package tracking to ensure safe receipt.
